Maria Pappajohn, M.F.T.

Maria Pappajohn is licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California.   She received her undergraduate education from Harvard University and her masters degree in clinical psychology from Antioch University.  She also holds the certification title of Associate Polarity Practioner.  She is a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT), and the American Polarity Therapy Association (APTA). 

She has studied eastern philosophies which include Buddism, Hinduism, Taoism and the practice of meditation.

In addition to her private practice, Ms. Pappajohn has extensive experience counseling at private treatment facilities.  This experience has allowed her to treat a wide spectrum of clients and gain invaluable expertise in treating many types of psychiatric disorders.
